Job summary
IFG - International Financial Group in Seattle is seeking an AI Engineer to lead development of intelligent automation solutions across our engineering portfolio. You will design and implement AI-powered agentic services, including reporting automation, codename mapping, team concierge agents, telemetry insights, and onboarding support.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in software development or automation engineering, a Bachelor's in CS or related field, and hands-on experience with Copilot
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of software development or automation engineering
- Experience with Microsoft AI & automation stack: Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, Power BI
Responsibilities
- Build intelligent automation workflows that extract, transform, and standardize data from Azure DevOps, Excel, and internal systems
- Integrate LLM-based components (e.g., Azure OpenAI) to generate summaries, insights, and narratives
- Develop reusable agentic services for codename mapping, team concierge support, telemetry insights, and onboarding
- Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to define scalable templates and standards
- Maintain prompt logic and ensure agent reliability, traceability, and performance
- Conduct testing, validation, and continuous optimization of automation systems
- Customize and implement system software to meet evolving requirements
- Perform QA, unit testing, and post-deployment validation
