Position Summary

1. In the development and mass production stage, check product specifications, functions, and perform audits and tests of software products in accordance with software test plans to ensure software quality.
2. After mass production, check for software failures, confirm improvements, and prevent defect recurrence through failure management and updates to test cases or procedures.
3. Evaluate user aesthetic and convenience qualities in product software and make improvements to secure product competitiveness.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Building testing infrastructure] Assist in setting up evaluation environments for software testing and suggest automation tools.
2. [Testing development management] Follow test cases based on requirements, specifications, test processes, and function evaluation standards.
3. [Testing software] Support testing of software functions, non-functions, codes, and usability within development timelines.
4. [Software defect management] Help identify software defects, confirm improvements, and verify function acquisition during development and mass production stages.
5. [Project management] Support development of testing plans according to process and stage, and ensure adherence to procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experienced or highly skilled specialists capable of resourceful and effective task completion.
• Contribute to concept and technique development, and complete complex tasks creatively and effectively.
• Handle assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative, including complex ones.
• Determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Mentor or coach team members as needed.
• Typically require a minimum of 5 years of experience since TB1.
