Job summary

Ericsson seeks a seasoned AI Automation and Data Strategy Manager to drive automation and data strategy for global hyperscaler programs from Plano, TX. You will lead a matrixed, cross-region team and shape roadmaps that improve delivery quality, speed deployments, and optimize costs.

You will combine hands-on leadership with strategic planning, leveraging AI/ML to enhance forecasting, root-cause analysis, and data standards across live programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience across data center or telecom infrastructure engineering, automation, and large-scale deployment/operations programs.
• Proven ability to define and execute automation and data strategies at scale.
