Job summary

Partner One Capital seeks an Automation and AI Specialist to join the Professional Services team, focusing on designing and developing automation- and AI-driven solutions that accelerate MCP configuration for client implementations.

You will leverage LLMs and workflow platforms to interpret client docs and automate repetitive tasks, collaborating with consultants, PMs, and product teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automation, AI/ML, or software development.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, Zapier).
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT, Claude, or similar.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and systems integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI- and automation-driven solutions for MCP configuration.
• Leverage LLMs to interpret client documentation and generate configuration outputs.
• Build and optimize automated workflows to streamline implementation tasks.
• Integrate outputs with system APIs to populate configuration templates and admin screens.
• Partner with SMEs to identify high-impact use cases and translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure security, compliance, and maintainability.
• Create internal documentation and training materials to support adoption.
• Stay current on AI/automation trends and propose new tools or approaches.
