Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking an AI Innovation & Automation Analyst to partner with teams, identify automation opportunities, and design AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and employee experience. This role emphasizes curiosity, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset without requiring advanced technical background.

You will help build dashboards, analyze data, and support change management as Beacon Mobility scales its mobility solutions across multiple regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
Strong curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable learning new technology quickly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Identify repetitive tasks that could be simplified through AI or automation.
Help design and test AI-powered workflows and business solutions.
Assist with creating AI prompts, copilots, knowledge bases, and automated processes.
Research emerging AI tools and recommend practical business applications.
Participate in pilots and implementation projects.
Document current business processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Build simple dashboards and reports; analyze workflow and operational data.
Track adoption and effectiveness of AI solutions; present findings to leadership.
