Job summary

You will gather requirements, document processes, and prepare leadership-ready reports while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure feasible implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or current enrolment in related degree).
• Concentration on AI preferred.
• Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI and automation opportunities across manufacturing, distribution, and 3PL operations.
• Support ongoing AI and tech projects with data, testing, and documentation.
• Map workflows and spot inefficiencies for potential automation.
• Build simple prototypes, scripts, or dashboards as needed.
• Analyze operational data to surface trends and improvement areas.
• Help maintain and improve existing AI/automation tools.
• Research new AI tools, platforms, and industry trends.
• Create clear reports and project summaries for leadership.
• Gather requirements from departments and translate into tasks.
• Document processes and standard procedures for new solutions.
• Assist with staff training and rollout of new technologies.
• Spend time on production and warehouse floors to understand needs.
