Job summary

You will leverage Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery, validate architectures, and mentor engineers while setting technical standards within a pod.

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end full-stack features across React and Python.
• Proven ability to prototype to production and scale architectures.
• Experience with cloud services and automated testing.
• Mentor engineers and establish technical standards within a pod.

Responsibilities

• Build, prototype, and ship end-to-end features from whiteboard to production across React frontends, Python microservices, and cloud backends.
• Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery and validate architectures.
• Drive hypothesis-driven product engineering with experiments and prototypes to inform direction.
• Architect scalable, resilient systems using AWS services, API contracts, and IaC.
• Establish reusable UI components and utilities for rapid delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, review AI- and human-authored code, and enforce quality and security.
• Define automated tests, CI/CD governance, and observability practices.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming and architectural discussions.
