Job summary

LTIMindtree in Irving, TX is seeking an Agentic Platform functioning assurance Architect to lead end-to-end AI assurance strategy for the Store Agent platform, ensuring safe, accurate, secure, and consistent AI agents through testing, governance, observability and Responsible AI controls prior to and during production deployment.

Lead the design and engineering of AI platform solutions with a focus on Azure Data Lake, data governance, master data management, and AI assurance within the GEN AI

• Architect and oversee deployment of Azure Data Lake solutions for efficient data ingestion storage and processing.
• Incorporate AI assurance frameworks to monitor and validate AI model performance fairness and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical designs.
• Drive strategic initiatives related to AI platform engineering architecture and AI assurance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to associate and senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with organizational regulatory and ethical standards for data management and AI usage.
• Monitor emerging trends in AI assurance data governance and platform technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

Job Description

• Lead the design and development of scalable AI platform architectures supporting advanced analytics and AI workloads.
• Utilize expertise in Azure Data Lake to build robust data storage and processing frameworks Implement and enforce data governance frameworks and master data management MDM strategies to ensure data quality compliance and trustworthiness.
• Integrate AI assurance practices to validate AI model reliability fairness transparency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI platform components with enterprise systems and business processes.
• Drive innovation by leveraging emerging AI technologies best practices and standards.
• Ensure AI platform solutions align with business objectives technology roadmaps and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to adopt architectural standards design principles and AI assurance methodologies.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize platform performance scalability security and ethical AI considerations

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
