Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced IAM Security Architect to design, implement, and optimize secure Identity and Access Management architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.

You will leverage AI-assisted tools to automate IAM processes and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure governance and compliance. You will lead architecture reviews, design access control models, and evaluate identity technologies such as IdPs, IGA, PAM, and cloud-native identity services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience with IAM
• Hands-on with at least one enterprise IAM/IGA/PAM or identity federation platform
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, MFA

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM architectures across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Gather requirements for IAM solutions and migrations
• Define and improve IAM capabilities including provisioning/deprovisioning, access governance, PAM and MFA
• Develop governance policies and reference architectures
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and enterprise teams to integrate IAM security into solutions
