Urrly is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a B2B SaaS platform modernizing aviation compliance, credentialing, and access‑control workflows. You will own end-to-end features in JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Next.js, while applying AI-assisted development responsibly and securely.

You’ll collaborate with mentorship from a senior engineering leader, contribute to platform modernization, and help reduce key‑person risk through practical, high‑impact work in a regulated

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience (open to 1–2 years with strong signal).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience shipping features using AI-assisted development workflows and reviewing AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features across web applications.
• Use AI-assisted development responsibly, review outputs for correctness, security, and edge cases.
• Contribute to team execution, improve code quality, testing practices, and delivery flow.
