Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS or Data Science or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in technology architecture, software development, data platforms, or related disciplines, including AI/ML solutions.
Experience developing AI strategies and roadmaps and implementing them.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Define architecture and standards for generative AI, ML, and analytics.
Establish governance, data protection, and risk management for AI initiatives.
Collaborate with IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance to deliver AI programs and training.
