Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead enterprise AI architecture, spanning knowledge, trust and control blocks across the organization. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross‑functional coordination to enable enterprise AI adoption with strong governance, monitoring and integration practices.

The role requires senior-level expertise in foundation models, AI governance, and large-scale platform delivery, working in a hybrid environment with global teams across EY.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and related tools.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms across major vendors.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives across the firm.
• Serve as player-coach, contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be an expert across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness AI systems for customer opportunities and platform development.
• Member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of AI trends and governance patterns for timely adoption.
