Job summary

SHR CONSULTING GROUP, LLC is seeking an AI Architect to design and implement AI/ML architectures supporting FEMA's cloud, analytics, and mission systems. The role integrates AI services with FEMA's enterprise data platforms.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Math/Statistics or related field (Master's preferred), at least 7 years of relevant experience, strong ML engineering and distributed systems background, proficiency in Python and cloud ML services, and the ability to obtain FEMA Public

• Support use case development, prototyping, and technical evaluation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, PMs, and Cloud Architects to integrate AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect AI/ML pipelines, MLOps processes, and cloud-based model deployment.

• Priority considerations for FEMA Public Trust Clearance or DHS Public Trust in the last three years. Active Public Trust, or the ability to obtain.
