Responsibilities

• Architect one or two domains: Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust.
• Lead customer problem framing and map to a capability someone can act on.
• Collaborate with pre and post sale teams.
• Resolve platform‑fit ambiguity for customers.
• Name ambiguity and route to the correct domain.
