NexZenTek Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled AI/bot developer to build and optimize Chatbot and Voicebot solutions using Google Dialogflow CX.

The candidate will design intents, entities, and fulfillment, and integrate with webhooks and APIs while leveraging Looker Studio for dashboard analytics. Proficiency in Node.js or Python for webhook development, plus experience with BigQuery and SQL for data-driven decisions, is required.

Working location: Remote but must support PST working hours

Expectations from the Role:

1. 1 Development of Chatbot and Voicebot using Google Cloud Dialogflow CX by designing and implementing conversational Al solutions by creating intents, entities, training phrases, fulfillment logic and integrating Webhooks and APIs.
2. 2 Experience in Looker Studio (Data Studio), SQL and Big Query for the Dashboard analytics development based on the key performance metrics
3. 3 Integrate bot with Google Cloud Functions, Firestore DB and third party APIs.
4. 4 Implement mutli-turn conversations, error handling and contextual routing for optimal user experience.
5. 5 Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand ups, backlog refinement) and adapt validation processes to align with Agile workflows.
6. 6 Hands on experience in JIRA for development task activities and defect fixes
7. 7 Continously improve conversational design using analytics insights
8. 8 Collaborate with system owner, business owner and stakeholders to align chatbot goals with business objectives
9. 9 Expereince in Node.js or Python for webhook and fulfillment development.
10. 10 Handling end to end CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and DevOps practices
11. 11 Knowledge on designing the Architecture for conversational AI.
12. 12 Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze the impact of integrated systems and provide guiadance to the team on required testing activities.
13. 13 Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality and complainace standards
14. 14 Contribute to your development and the teams technical skills by demonstrating inclusive behaviours and establishing a culture of highest performing teams
15. 15 Keep up to date with industry news and developments to support business development opportunities and solutions
