Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned AI/ML architect to spearhead generative AI initiatives across its products and operations. You will design and deploy prototypes and production-ready solutions, leveraging LLMs for code generation, content creation, and intelligent search.

Collaborate across product, data science, and engineering teams to drive impact and adoption. You will lead with a strong background in Python, NLP, AWS, and MLOps, mentoring teams and ensuring secure, scalable AI services

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of programming and architectural experience.
• Proficient in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of NLP and generative models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of generative AI prototypes and production solutions.
• Identify high-impact AI initiatives and shape strategic direction.
