• Advance production agents from workflow-shaped to agent-shaped with a dynamic planner and specialized tools.
• Operate at scale across many incidents with high-accuracy root-cause analysis and telemetry.
• Build guardrails and telemetry to keep agents grounded and reliable at scale.
• Collaborate with database engineering teams to standardize patterns and reusable components.
