Job Description Summary:
  • This hands‑on role demands extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics to design, construct, and deploy sophisticated AI-driven systems tailored to clients' unique requirements. The AI Architect will focus on designing and developing intelligent Agents and leveraging Agentic Process Automation to streamline and enhance business operations.
  • The AI Solutions Architect will identify high-value use cases, assess technical feasibility during workshops, and develop prototypes as part of proof‑of‑concept initiatives while guiding members of our client and Client teams through the lifecycle. They will lead and deliver pilot projects to demonstrate AI capabilities, validate concepts, and gather client feedback for usability evaluations. Additionally, they will create transformational designs and architectural visions that seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructures, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
  • This position demands proactive problem‑solving, technical leadership, and the ability to drive AI‑driven digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value to our clients, particularly through the deployment of intelligent Agents and Agentic Process Automation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Snowflake platform and its native components to develop and deploy intelligent agents.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and assess their technical feasibility. Collaborate with internal Client teams and stakeholders to develop tailored AI strategies.
  • Design, construct, and deploy sophisticated AI-driven systems.
  • Create detailed architectural designs that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing infrastructures.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and align with clients' business objectives.
  • Develop prototypes as part of proof‑of‑concept initiatives to validate AI concepts.
  • Lead and deliver pilot projects to demonstrate AI capabilities.
  • Gather and incorporate client feedback to refine usability and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and clients.

Knowledge and Attributes:
  • Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Proven expertise in Snowflake platform leveraging the latest widely available features including Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst (plus semantic views), Cortex Search, Snowflake SECRET, and Snowflake Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools such as Matillion and Microsoft PowerBI. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets to draw meaningful insights.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Snowflake SnowPro, SnowPro Advanced Data Engineer, or SnowPro Advanced Architect
  • Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing
Required Experience:
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake platform Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, including creating architectural designs and integrating AI solutions with existing systems. Extensive experience in engaging with clients and consulting to understand their business needs, assess client requirements, and drive change management initiatives.
  • Proven experience in integrating AI solutions with business domains, addressing enterprise concerns, adhering to industry standards, and leveraging established patterns and best practices.
  • Seasoned experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Strong experience in developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions that meet client requirements and demonstrate measurable value.
  • Seasoned professional technical, IT, or operations experience within a large‑scale (preferably multinational) technology services environment, covering areas such as software development, technical presales, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver pilot projects, manage project timelines, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry‑specific AI applications and trends, with the ability to adapt solutions to meet the unique requirements of different sectors.
