Why: Client's AIOps team needs someone who owns agent architecture, orchestration, and the trust/autonomy boundary --- deciding when an agent acts vs. defers to a human. The need is for someone who has taken multi-agent or autonomous AI systems from prototype to production at real scale --- a system that makes decisions and takes actions, not a chatbot wrapper.

Must Have

• 7--8 years overall experience, with at least 3--4 years recent, hands-on work building and shipping an agentic or autonomous AI system in production
