Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience delivering AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready AI-powered applications.
• Integrate LLMs, ML models, and AI APIs into software.
• Build AI features for web and enterprise applications.
• Develop RAG-based apps using embeddings and vector stores.
• Design APIs and backend services for AI functionality.
• Implement prompt engineering and model integration strategies.
• Evaluate accuracy, latency, and cost of AI models.
• Develop data processing and inference pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and support architecture decisions.
• Stay current with Generative AI developments.
