Job summary

CareSource in United States seeks an experienced Data Solutions AI Application Developer III to design and rapidly deploy lightweight AI-enabled applications across the enterprise, using low-code platforms such as Databricks Apps and Power Apps. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Equivalents considered with relevant experience.
• 5 years of application development using OOP or platform-based development.
• 2 years deploying apps on Azure/AWS/GCP with modern data platforms (Databricks/Snowflake).
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-tier/service-based architectures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Develop intuitive UIs exposing AI capabilities to business teams.
• Translate model outputs into business workflows; integrate with existing platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers/scientists to productionize solutions.
• Develop Python/SQL logic to support automation and system integration.
• Perform performance testing and troubleshooting to improve reliability.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, compliance, and performance standards.

Education

Bachelor's Computer Science, Software Engineering

Equivalent years of relevant work experience

Five (5) years application development experience using OOP concepts or platform-based development

Two (2) years deploying applications using cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Strong proficiency in Python

Strong proficiency in SQL

Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Databricks Apps, Power Apps/Copilot Studio)
