Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 1+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving fundamentals.
• Interest in AI agents and LLM-enabled systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment; owns results.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify high-value opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled tools used across our Engineering Operations team.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI agents and AI-assisted workflows into daily work.
• Build infrastructure for secure, scalable adoption of AI across operations.
• Demonstrate new tools, gather feedback, and support adoption.
• Turn ambiguous needs into practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency.
• Navigate obstacles, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions with limited direction.
