Job summary

Liaison is building AI-powered capabilities for the Othot platform, focusing on AI, analytics, and data-driven solutions for colleges and universities. The Product Manager translates customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements and experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of Product Management in data-intensive or SaaS environments.
• Experience with AI/ML features and agentic workflows.
• Translate AI/ML concepts into clear product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal/external audiences.
• Background in ML or predictive modeling preferred.
• Higher education/EdTech experience preferred.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
• Familiar with Agile product development and Jira; beta testing or co-design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for AI, analytics, and agentic capabilities.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and client-facing teams to translate model outputs into usable features.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and user insights to identify needs and inform priorities.
• Translate business, customer, and technical requirements into clear product specifications and development priorities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to define requirements and provide feedback during design/development.
• Define product success metrics and monitor usage and usability trends.
• Support processes for bringing AI-powered capabilities from concept to release.
• Develop customer-facing docs, release notes, training materials, demonstrations, and resources for successful adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities, timelines, and value.
