Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an AI Data Analytics & Automation Lead in Charlotte, NC to design and maintain executive dashboards using Power BI, and to build scalable KPI and management reporting frameworks.

You will transform complex data into actionable insights and develop Python-based automation for reporting and workflow optimization. The role focuses on leveraging Generative AI opportunities to enhance business processes and drive strategic decisions, in a dynamic, inclusive

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or automation.
Expert-level Power BI development experience, including DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and dashboard design.
Advanced Python programming skills for data processing, automation, and API integration.
Experience working with SQL and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
Create scalable KPI, operational, and management reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
Transform complex business data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations.
Build Python-based automation solutions for reporting, reconciliation, and workflow optimization.
Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to enhance business processes.
