Job summary

Deloitte in London is seeking an Associate Director to join the Algorithm and AI Assurance team to lead high‑impact assurance projects across clients and technologies. You will mentor a team of 20 specialists and help shape the UK AI assurance approach with senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include conducting regulatory risk reviews for AI platforms, developing testing strategies, coordinating across service lines, contributing to business development, and building enduring client

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of AI regulations (EU AI Act, Digital Services Act, DMA) and ability to apply them to client scenarios.
Proven ability to lead complex risk and IT controls testing in AI environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects with budget and timeline management.
Experience in market activation and winning work with senior client stakeholders.
Coding or data modelling experience (Python/Java) and Gen-AI usage.
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
