Job summary

Gleanwork is looking for an experienced software engineer to join the Agents Runtime team. You'll design and operate core services that enhance Glean’s AI capabilities. Responsibilities include solving runtime issues, improving performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in distributed systems, coding (Python, Go, Java, C++), and experience with Kubernetes. The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $265,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in building production distributed systems.
• Strong coding skills in at least one major programming language.
• Product-minded with a focus on customer impact and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own impactful runtime problems from architecture to production launch.
• Build core services for session lifecycle and streaming responses.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on successful integrations.
