JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the AI Agents Platform, shaping the reusable building blocks that power enterprise-grade agent experiences across the firm.

You will own memory, harness runtime, and configurable templates to enable teams to design, deploy, and monitor AI agents at scale. The role emphasizes driving platform reuse, guiding cross-functional partners, and delivering governed, secure access to data and connectors in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in AI product management or related field.
• Deep understanding of AI agent development lifecycle and data analytics.
• Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle.

Aufgaben

• Develop a product strategy and vision for reusable agent building blocks.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog across memory, harness, reusable agents, and top connectors.
• Engineer agentic memory as a governed memory-as-a-service platform with episodic and semantic recall.
• Make the Harness the firm-grade runtime for long-running agents and ship reusable agents as templates.
• Drive consolidation of reusable agents onto one platform with model tuning and production readiness.
• Execute the top-connector backlog for connectors like M365, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Partner with data platform and engineering teams to ensure secure, governed data access.
• Build the framework and track key metrics like component reuse and reliability.
• Capture customer voice and translate needs into reusable components for many teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery and backlog prioritization for scrum teams.
• Shape product strategy as a thought leader influencing stakeholders across Tech and business.
