Traba, Inc. is building an AI-powered agent platform for industrial supply chains.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team and help define workflows, strategy, and production agents that act autonomously inside customer operations. You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, ML teams, and design partners to shape the product as the model ecosystem evolves, balancing user needs with evolving AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience launching customer-facing AI products with autonomous actions
• Ability to operate in 0-to-1 startup environments
• Strong technical instincts and collaboration with ML teams
• Experience embedding with customers and field partnerships
• Ability to reason about system architecture and evaluations

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform
• Balance user needs with technical constraints and AI capabilities
• Write detailed PRDs and partner with engineers and ML teams
• Prototype ideas rapidly with customers and design partners
• Design agent systems that manage workflows and tools
• Define behavior, evaluation, and quality frameworks
• Use data to identify patterns and answer key questions
• Evolve AI product portfolio with model-aware context
• Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
