Job summary

Marketer AS is seeking an engineer who excels at directing coding agents to ship reliable production software quickly. AI agents will be your primary implementation environment, but judgment, verification, security, and outcome remain yours.

You will own production, work across the stack, and engage with customers to challenge requirements and propose better solutions. The team values speed, ownership, and high-quality code.

Agentic coding has changed how great teams ship software. We are looking for an engineer who is exceptional at directing coding agents and equally capable of writing, reviewing, debugging, and operating high-quality production code.
