Starwood Capital Group is seeking a 2028 graduate intern to join the Global Technology team and help design, build, and test AI agents and automations used in real business workflows at a global real estate investment firm.

Projects cover asset classes such as multifamily, office, hospitality and development, focusing on data, analytics and process automation. You will be paired with a mentor, receive coaching, and take on more ownership as you learn.

Qualifications

• Must be a 2028 college graduate.
• Prefer majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Quantitative Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript/C#).
• Strong interest in AI and LLMs evidenced by coursework or projects.

Responsabilités

• Assist in designing, building and testing AI agents and automations used in real business workflows.
• Connect agents to internal data sources, APIs and business applications.
• Refine prompts, tool definitions and agent instructions; learn best practices for reliability.
• Contribute to evaluations and test cases to measure agent accuracy and debug failures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and gather feedback.
