Qualifications

• Solid AI/ML background with post-training techniques like SFT and RLHF.
• Excellent coding skills in C/C++ or Python.

• Build the core 'brain' of an AI agent for the advertising sales domain and track cutting-edge technologies.
• Explore mainstream Agent frameworks and validate new technologies to enhance automation and multimodal interaction.
• Establish an Agent evaluation mechanism for Harness-driven iteration.
• Develop a Skills toolset for advertising sales and customer acquisition scenarios.
• Explore agent automation and self-evolution to improve decision-making and execution.
• Build stable Agent infrastructure with performance and stability optimization.
