Job summary

OpenArt is hiring engineers to build the agent layer behind its next-gen creative products. You’ll extend the agent harness, develop MCP servers and CLI tooling, and ship frontend experiences that feel effortless. Expect ownership of end-to-end agent capabilities and collaboration with founders, design, and GTM teams.

You’ll ship production workflows for longer-horizon planning, multi-model tool use, and session memory, with a focus on reliability at scale and strong user outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or apps with real users.
• Familiar with agent harness concepts: tool use, memory, planning, orchestration.
• Solid data modeling and schema design for production use cases.
• Strong AI-assisted coding practices with tools like Claude/Codex/Cursor.
• Good product sense and clear communication about trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend the agent harness powering OpenArt's workflows.
• Develop MCP servers and CLI tooling to connect agents to services and models.
• Create reusable Agent Skills and structured workflows for complex tasks.
• Contribute to evaluation and observability to detect regressions.
• Ship polished frontend experiences (React/Next.js) end-to-end.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, correctness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and GTM to translate user needs.
• Track agent ecosystem and integrate best practices into OpenArt.
