Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth startups or equivalent chaotic environments.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements.
• Familiarity with agent-based workflows and Claude Code (or similar).
• Product-minded with focus on user experience and impact.

Responsibilities

• Build agents that coordinate guards, robots, and sensors on live sites.
• Work across backend (Python/Django), frontend (React), and mobile (Swift/Kotlin) stack, deployed on AWS/GCP/Heroku.
• Scale dozens of agents with robust tests and deployment instructions.
• Iterate on live data, turning v1s into reliable, scalable systems.
