Orbis Operations LLC is building the agentic AI capability that powers its mission-support operations. The AI Agent Engineer designs, builds, and operates multi-agent workflows for triage, data retrieval, summarization, reporting, and escalation routing, while owning MSD client support processes and commitments.

Competenze

• 5 years proven experience translating user requirements into wireframes, workflows and such.
• 1-year proven experience utilizing Claude or similar commercial offering to build AI agents.
• Demonstrated experience building a functioning multi-agent workflow and explaining design rationale.
• Practical command of prompt engineering, including retrieval-augmented generation and tool or function calling.
• Proven ability to explain technical work to non-technical audiences and elicit requirements from stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot agent workflows built on Claude, GPT-class models, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Working proficiency with APIs and scripting to build and debug workflows.
• Sound judgment about model output and ability to document and report.
• Experience designing external-facing interfaces and client onboarding workflows.
• Experience designing support workflows and instrumentation for performance.

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows for triage, data retrieval, summarization, reporting, and escalation routing.
• Explain systems to non-technical stakeholders and translate plain-language descriptions into executable workflows.
• Collaborate with process owners to ensure capabilities meet operational needs.
• Monitor production workflows, diagnose failures across prompts, tools, data, and orchestration.
• Own cost of execution and identify caching or deterministic steps to optimize spend.
• Set quality standards, review checkpoints, and escalation criteria for automated workflows.
• Document runbooks and SOPs for operation and troubleshooting.
• Integrate workflows across Catalyst, Pulse, and Discovery with engineering support.
• Deliver reporting on resolution rate, escalation rate, accuracy, and response time.
• Close capability gaps; track trends in agentic AI tooling and adoption.
