Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an AI Agent Developer for a contract-to-hire role in the Madison, WI area. You will design, build, deploy, and optimize secure AI agents using Copilot Studio to automate high-value workflows and connect to enterprise data sources.

You will collaborate with IT, security, and business units to ensure governance, privacy, and measurable improvements in adoption and efficiency. The role emphasizes hands-on development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

At least one year delivering AI/ML-enabled products, workflows, or agents.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and enterprise integration patterns.
Background in low-code/no-code automation platforms (Power Automate/Power Platform).
Experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, API integrations, and connecting AI agents to enterprise systems.
Knowledge of autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, reasoning, and workflow automation.
Awareness of AI ethics, privacy, security, data protection, and adversarial risks in deployment.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to identify high-value, repetitive workflows for automation.
Design, build, test, and deploy custom AI agents using Copilot Studio or equivalents.
Integrate agents with enterprise data sources and apps while meeting security and governance standards.
Translate business processes into agent solutions and measure impact on adoption and efficiency.
Create training materials, demonstrations, playbooks, documentation to aid non-technical staff.
Promote responsible AI adoption and rapid prototyping within safe-to-fail environments.
