Job summary

Worldpay is seeking an AI Agent Designer to join our AI Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and agent experiences across the organization, partnering with business leaders to translate challenges into scalable solutions.

You will create agent blueprints, lead discovery workshops, and evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive automation and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, or a related role.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven technologies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making.
• Bonus if you have experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, knowledge management, or AI product development.
