You will build conversational agents, integrate APIs and databases, test rigorously, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience creating AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows.
• Strong understanding of user experience and conversation design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Background in business analysis, process improvement, or software development.
• Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Build conversational AI agents and chatbots; design flows and logic pathways.
• Configure agent integrations with APIs, databases, and CRM systems.
• Test and iterate on agent performance using feedback and analytics.
• Create automated workflows with Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar.
• Monitor workflow execution and troubleshoot failures.
• Gather requirements; translate into technical specifications for automation.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
• Maintain version control and documentation for deployments.
• Provide training and knowledge base content for the team.
