EVERSANA AI Agency seeks a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream client engagements from kickoff through sustained performance. You will coordinate Strategy, Creative, Activation, and platform teams to deliver on scope, on time, and within budget with measurable client impact.

You’ll translate objectives into executable plans, manage resources and risks, and maintain clear accountability across teams and clients, driving outcomes while preserving strategic vision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, delivery leadership, or program management in pharma, life sciences, healthcare marketing, or agency settings.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, tech, operations) to delivery.
• Working knowledge of pharma marketing operations, brand strategy, and regulatory constraints.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, track resources, and analyze profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning for new client engagements with milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Develop timelines, roadmaps, and review cycles accounting for regulatory and platform needs.
• Own day-to-day execution, track progress, identify blockers, and ensure team readiness.
• Establish governance with status reporting, risk logs, change control, and client cadence.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to move work smoothly through the pipeline.
• Facilitate handoffs between strategy, creative, activation, and platform delivery.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and balance client urgency with team capacity.
• Staff the right people at the right time and advocate for resource changes.
• Serve as client point of contact for status, timelines, and delivery coordination.
• Lead productive meetings; manage expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Surface risks early and offer clear options and recommendations for path forward.
• Own project-level budget tracking; monitor hours and flag financial risks.
• Contribute to scoping and estimation for new work; provide inputs on effort and timelines.
• Identify process inefficiencies and build scalable delivery frameworks.
• Lead post-project retrospectives and translate lessons into improvements.
• Evolve PM tools, reporting templates, and delivery practices to support growth.
• Anticipate risks, build contingency plans, and navigate ambiguity under pressure.
