Evercore Inc. in New York is seeking an Experienced Analyst / Associate to join the Advisory Future State team.

You will help shape and scale the firm's AI capabilities across Investment Banking, intersecting AI strategy, product management, and workflow transformation to boost banker productivity and deliver differentiated client insights. You will collaborate with senior bankers, Technology, Data, Legal, and Compliance to identify opportunities, evaluate technologies, develop AI-enabled

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or related financial services.
Passion for AI-enabled workflows, prompts, agents, and automation; open to new tech.
Self-starter with collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Support execution of AI strategy by improving banker productivity and client insights.
Research and evaluate emerging AI tech; assist pilots and implement tools across Advisory.
Gather requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, translate needs into scalable solutions.
Build AI assets: agents, prompts, skills, workflows, knowledge resources.
Collaborate with bankers and cross-functional teams to deploy AI-enabled workflows.
Analyze user feedback, adoption metrics, and trends to improve tools and UX.
Deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions with relevant teams.
Prepare presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
