Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or strong technical literacy.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in operations, consulting, project management, or AI research knowledge a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to summarize complex information.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and computer science.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full grant lifecycle from intake to final reporting.
  • Review applications for compliance and programmatic fit; coordinate external reviewers.
  • Communicate with nominators and applicants during the process.
  • Assist in logistics of selection for potential awardees and prepare materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the grantee network and convenings.
  • Plan convenings and workshops; manage RSVPs and travel logistics.
  • Develop public-facing resources with science writers.
  • Compile data for project evaluations and assessments.
  • Help develop evaluation criteria with program staff.
