Job summary

Moffatt & Nichol is seeking a Systems Solutions & Adoption Lead to expand the use of IT systems and AI-enabled workflows across the organization. You will design adoption programs, training, and practical prompts to improve how teams work with systems.

You will collaborate with business users and technical partners to identify high-value use cases and ensure governance and quality standards guide solution design and rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools, prompt engineering, agents, or copilots.
• Experience developing training, documentation, and user adoption strategies for enterprise platforms.
• Experience working across business and technical teams to design and implement practical solutions.
• Familiarity with content and knowledge platforms (Egnyte, SharePoint, etc.).
• Certifications in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or Azure AI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop adoption strategies to increase awareness and repeat use of IT systems and AI tools across teams.
• Design and deliver role-based training, workshops, and enablement content.
• Create user guidance, playbooks, and reusable examples for effective system use.
• Coordinate sharing of use cases, success stories, and best practices to drive adoption.
• Translate business needs into scoped use cases and repeatable solutions.
