The expected base pay range in San Francisco is $92,500 – $122,600, alongside competitive equity awards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, solutions architecture, implementation consulting, or advisory roles within B2B SaaS.
• Direct experience managing a portfolio of accounts across activation, adoption, and renewal.
• Comfortable leading conversations with Director and VP-level product leaders.

Responsibilities
