The lead instructor is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of AHA courses through the Center for Learning and Development at Albany Medical Center. The Lead AHA Training Center Instructor ensures adherence with the standards set out and put forth in the American Heart Association Program Administration Manual (PAM) by all instructors and affiliated training sites. The lead instructor may also, at the request of the AVP for Professional Practice, participate in other education events specific to resuscitation science and provide consultation to the development of education programs.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** + The AHA Training Center Lead Instructor will adhere to AMC Code of Conduct, including honesty, punctuality, confidentiality and high ethical standards.
