Cleveland Clinic Martin Health seeks an AHA Program Instructor PRN to coordinate American Heart Association courses and manage classroom operations. This role supports the Resuscitation Simulation Department across Florida locations, ensuring compliance with standards and effective learner engagement.

You will organize classes, adapt materials to curriculum, and assess student progress while floating to related sites as needed. The position is PRN with rotation shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent licensure education.
• Current state licensure as RN/RRT/EMTP/MD.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification per AHA or Red Cross.
• Four years of BLS/ACLS/PALS provider experience.

Responsabilités

• Reserve and organize classrooms and equipment for scheduled classes.
• Ensure instructors, equipment, classroom instruction and student ratios meet AHA and Cleveland Clinic standards.
• Apply adult learning techniques in instruction.
• Adapt and develop training materials.
• Prepare and adapt lesson plans based on AHA curriculum and competency-based education.
• Instruct interactively to elicit learner responses.
• Select and use AV hardware/software to reinforce learning.
• Evaluate and document trainee learning using approved formats.
