Job summary
JLL is hiring an AGV Navigation Specialist for a 12-month contract at a major e-commerce fulfillment center in the Savannah port area. You will optimize AGV route mapping, tune navigation parameters, resolve traffic management conflicts, and work with the site engineering team to expand AGV coverage to new zones within the facility.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of AGV programming and navigation experience, with LiDAR-based guidance or feature navigation, and familiarity with fleet management
Qualifications
- 3+ years AGV programming and navigation experience.
- Experience with natural feature navigation or LiDAR-based guidance systems.
- Understanding of fleet management software and traffic algorithms.
- Analytical skills for interpreting vehicle telemetry data.
- Previous experience in logistics or distribution center environments.
Responsibilities
- Optimize AGV route mapping and navigation in the facility.
- Tune navigation parameters for reliability and efficiency.
