Job summary

Hyster-Yale is seeking an AGV Forklift Programmer at our Greenville facility to develop and optimize automated forklift navigation. You will program AGV routes, configure safety zones, and integrate with WMS for load assignment across multiple installations.

The role focuses on fine-tuning vehicle handling for various pallet types and rack configurations, leveraging LiDAR navigation and PLC communication skills to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AGV programming or automation engineering experience.
• Experience with laser or LiDAR navigation systems for AGVs.
• Understanding of warehouse workflow and forklift operations.
• PLC and industrial communication skills (Modbus, EtherNet/IP).
