Job summary

Dematic is seeking an AGV Commissioning Engineer for a six-month contract to support a large-scale deployment near the Port of Savannah. The role involves mapping the facility, wiring and programming AGV routes, configuring safety zones, and integrating with warehouse controls on-site in the Savannah area.

You will conduct performance testing during the ramp-up and document results to ensure smooth operation and meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AGV commissioning or automation startup experience.
• Route programming and fleet management software experience.
• PLC integration for AGV docking stations and conveyor handoffs.
• Systematic testing and documentation skills.
• Availability for an on-site contract in the Savannah area.
