Job summary

Silgan Dispensing Systems is seeking a warehouse/material flow associate to move and manage material to and from the warehouse and production floor. You will operate forklifts, monitor AGV movement, and coordinate inventory with ProTraQ and barcode scanners to support production demands.

In this role you will respond to priorities, load/unload trailers, and ensure safe operation of conveyors and machinery. A forklift certification and attention to safety are required, with a proactive approach

Qualifications

GED or equivalent.
1–3 months related experience and/or training.
Successfully complete the entry level skills test (Understanding Instructions, Numerical Computation and Visual Checking).

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift to deliver/receive material to/from production.
Monitor AGV activities using Login Control Center, ProTraQ, and additional software systems.
Make corrections to inventory using barcode scanners and the ProTraQ system.
Perform job re-issues/cancellations and adjustments using barcode scanners and ProTraQ.
Basic troubleshooting, logging and reporting of AGV issues.
Manual intervention and operation of the AGVs.
Must have forklift certification.
Load and unload trailers as needed.
Monitor conveyor systems.
