Hangcha America Smart Logistics Solution Corporation (HASL) is seeking an AGV Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer to support the U.S. market.

You will implement, commission, test, troubleshoot, and maintain AGV/AMR systems at customer sites, while providing after-sales support and collaborating with engineering and project teams. The role requires strong hands-on skills, a technical background in engineering, and willingness to travel extensively within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical background in engineering fields.
• Strong hands-on skills and willingness to work in industrial/site environments.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, networking, automation, or mechanical systems.
• Good communication in English and Chinese preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. as required by projects.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for on-site AGV/AMR project implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales support
• Perform equipment testing, system debugging, and issue diagnosis during project deployment
• Provide technical support and communicate effectively with customers and project teams
• Assist with preventive maintenance and operational support for deployed systems
• Work closely with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Travel to customer sites as required based on project needs

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields
• Strong hands‑on skills and willingness to work in industrial/site environments
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, networking, automation, or mechanical systems
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime during project implementation phases
• Strong learning ability, positive attitude, and long‑term career mindset
• Interest in AGV/AMR, intelligent logistics, warehouse automation, or industrial robotics industries
• Previous AGV/AMR, automation, or field service experience is a plus

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, sensors, or robotics systems
• Familiarity with warehouse automation or logistics systems
• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in electrical/mechanical systems
• Ability to read electrical or mechanical drawings is preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. as required by business needs
