Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking an engineer to design and develop Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems. You will create electro-mechanical architectures, write software for AGV lift trucks, and evaluate system performance against standards.

Expect hands-on prototyping, risk assessments, and cross-functional collaboration onsite. The role emphasizes on-site work in New Bremen, with potential travel for project coordination and field tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer-related field.
• 0–2 years of experience developing electro-mechanical and/or AGV systems.
• Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AGV systems and electro-mechanical architectures.
• Develop system concepts into functional prototypes and perform software development for AGV lift trucks.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluation to ensure performance and safety compliance.
